Shipping Options
There are four Shipping Options available for orders. UK customers should select 1st Class Shipping (UK Only) or Parcel Post 3-5 Days (UK Only). Parcel Post should only selected for heavy orders where it may be a more economical option. If several items are ordered it may be necessary to send them by Parcel Post in any case, due to maximum size restrictions on First Class Packets.
Orders of a value of £130 or more (before any discount coupon is applied) now qualify for free shipping if the Parcel Post 3-5 Days (UK Only) option is selected.
European customers should select Europe & Ireland Air Mail (Outside UK). International buyers outside the geographical area of Europe should select International Air Mail (Outside Europe). If an incorrect Shipping Option is selected it may be necessary to cancel the order.
For certain outsize items we may specify that Postage outside the UK is not available. We would ask customers to respect this.

Dispatch Time
Our aim is to dispatch items the same or the next working day after payment is received, however this may take an extra day or two at busy periods.
We cannot always get things shipped as quickly as we would like, although we pride ourselves on having a generally quick turnaround. Please contact us if you have a particular delivery need and we will do our best to help.
Delivery Times
We will send you a dispatch note when your goods have been sent. For goods sent by Royal Mail First Class in the UK, delivery is ideally in 1 working day, but please note this is not guaranteed and occasionally deliveries do take longer. Please allow allow at least 7 working days before assuming there has been a problem.
Air Mail deliveries can take considerably longer than domestic ones. Typically these will be in the region of 3 to 10 working days in Europe, or 5 to 15 working days outside Europe.
Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for speed of delivery once items have been placed in the postal system. We should point out however, that non delivery of correctly addressed items is very unusual. In most cases items have either been delayed, or can be found at the buyer's local delivery office. If you have not received an item please contact your local Royal Mail office to check whether delivery has been attempted previously. The item may have been returned to the office or left in a 'safe' place.
If items are returned to us by Royal Mail due to faliure of delivery for whatever reason, then we will refund the cost of the actual item purchased less any P&P charges. To minimise the chances of this please ensure that your address details are correct and complete, that your property is accessable for deliveries, and that any notes left by Royal Mail are responded to in good time.
Packing
All items are well packed, either in padded envelopes, or with bubble wrap/ corrugated cardboard and brown paper. Larger orders may be sent in cardboard boxes.
We do our utmost to minimise damages in transit. However, should you receive any damaged product please contact us immediately.
