Returns Policy
In line with Distance Selling Regulations customers have the right to a 7 day cooling off period in which they can return unopened items. We will also accept the return of damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.

Receipt of Goods
Once you have received your goods, if you have any problems or concerns then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.
We are keen to maintain excellent customer relationships and the majority of problems can be resolved through communication.
Damaged/ Defective Items
Despite our best efforts with packing, items do occasionally become damaged in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, or you find it is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will request you to return the item.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, returns cannot be accepted if not notified within this period. Please read returns info below for further details.
Returning Items
Please notify us by email within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return any item.
Unwanted Items should be sent back within 7 days of receipt in the condition in which they were received. These must be in unopened condition if they were in sealed packaging.
Damaged/Defective items should also be returned with the original product packaging where possible and any broken parts.
When posting back items please ensure they are adequately packed, preferably using the materials they were received in. Make sure your name and address is also included.
In all cases, the original P&P charges are non refundable. In addition unwanted items will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. We reserve the right not to grant any refund if items are returned in unsatisfactory condition, or are never received.
Whatever the reason for the return, postage back to us will be made at the buyer's own expense.
